I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist, mBANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine), CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council), and a graduate of the Institute for Optimal Nutrition.
← Back to the teamMy approach to nutrition is founded on scientific research. My interests extend to the medicinal use of herbs, and I am currently qualifying as a herbalist and naturopath at the College of Naturopathic Nutrition. In addition to herbalism, I am qualified in the basics of naturopathic principles, such as Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, and iridology.
Changes in diet and lifestyle are my preferred way of helping clients, though I will also suggest supplements where necessary.
Apart from diet and exercise, I am also passionate about healthy cooking and toxin-free homes (refurbishment, cleaning products, personal care, organic gardening, etc.) and, if needed, can help my clients in these areas.
For the treatment to succeed, it should ideally last at least 3 months with bi-weekly appointments. However, short-term and one-off appointments are also available for minor issues. I am based in Guildford, Surrey. I work both online and face-to-face.

Since the age of 18, I have studied and worked in the USA, Europe, and Asia. This experience has helped me to understand and appreciate a range of different cultures and lifestyles. My previous studies included a Ph.D. in political science, which is different from my current practice as a nutritionist. However, the skills I gained from it have helped me greatly when undertaking research into my clients' conditions and appropriate interventions.
