Chloe is a CPCAB Level 5 qualified counsellor and registered member of the BACP. She has knowledge and understanding of an array of common mental health problems and hopes to assist clients in finding ways to cope with the internal and external pressures of life.
Chloe works with individuals aged 16 and over who may be experiencing a range of emotional challenges, including trauma, bereavement by suicide, attachment difficulties and relationship issues. She can also offer text-based counselling in special circumstances.
Chloe is particularly interested in the person-centred approach to counselling, in which the client is empowered to be the expert in their own life. She provides a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to gain a clearer perception of themselves and work towards positive psychological growth.
It is through our relationships that we understand who we are and how we relate to others and the world. Chloe therefore believes that, in order to change and grow, the therapeutic relationship is key.
Alongside her clinical work, Chloe supports the day-to-day running of Alinea Psychologies.
